Dr. Tarek Chipperfield originally began his education in 1991 by pursuing a degree in Exercise and Sports Studies, with a focus on physiology and anatomy at the University of Saskatchewan. After sustaining an injury to a disk in his back, Dr. Chipperfield received Chiropractic care himself which quickly set him on the course to changing his educational direction and becoming a Chiropractor himself.
In 1995 he was accepted at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated in the Spring of 1999. Shortly after graduating, he headed west and became an associate in a multidisciplinary pain clinic. This experience showed him the value of having a variety of practitioners work together to better assist patients in their journeys to better health & pain management.

Services
Doctors of chiropractic diagnose, treat and help prevent conditions and disorders related to the back, neck, pelvis, extremity joints and the effect they have on the nervous system. The main form of treatment chiropractors deliver is called an adjustment - a non-invasive procedure consisting of a precise directed movement to help relieve pain and discomfort, and restore range of motion.
When coming to the office for your first visit you will be asked to fill out paperwork and our receptionist will create a file for you. All chiropractic patients will experience an initial assessment before treatment. You will be asked to share information about your health, such as any injury or surgery, medications you are taking, and family health history.
When you are in a car accident you are entitled to care through MVA health care coverage. This will cover the costs of care required due to the accident. After speaking with your insurance company you need to see a primary medical health professional who will complete the necessary paperwork and send it to your insurance company.
If you are hurt at work, you can seek chiropractic treatment immediately. The WCB does not require you to see a medical doctor first. For almost 10 years, chiropractic treatment has had the highest satisfaction rates among injured workers. We will submit assessment information to the WCB for review and to determine the outcome of your claim.
The Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors is dedicated to regulating the chiropractic profession in a manner that supports quality care and upholds public trust; as well as furthering awareness and understanding of the benefits of chiropractic care among Albertans. Other health care providers that are regulated include nurses, dentists, medical doctors and optometrists.

I've had nothing but awesome experiences at this clinic. The staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. Dr. Robertson is amazing in that he is has great bedside-manner and is very knowledgable, always ready to answer questions. As a healthcare provider myself, I feel that educating those we care for provides empowerment for better self-care. Dr. Robertson does exactly that. It's great to be under the care of someone who enjoys their job and has such passion in their role.
Thanks, to all of you.

My upper back between the shoulder blades started hurting about 3 to 4 weeks ago. I first saw my family doctor who prescribed me with some anti-inflammatory ointment. A few days later I went to see a chiropractor that has his practice located close to my house. After going for two sessions I noticed he had only spent no more than 10 minutes on me between the two visits. So I searched the database of my insurance company and decided to pay Dr. Robinson a visit. He spent about 45 minutes during my first visit to ask me a lot of questions and conduct a series of tests such as range of motion of my

I have Spinal Stenosis and had been in constant pain for years. Sought out many different treatments that provided minimal relief at best...after being treated by Dr. Michael Robinson and I am feeling like a new person, my pain is minimal and only once in a while instead of all day long every day. He is a different kind of Chiropractor. I have responded very well to his treatment and am feeling amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone for treatment.

Dr. Chipperfield and Dr. Robinson are two great chiropractors that understand skeletal and muscle sciences. They are always willing to explore solutions with the client to reach the clients healthcare needs. Location is a bit older but don’t let that stop you from getting to know this group of awesome chiropractors!

Thorough, highly skilled and knowledgeable. Explains procedures prior to performing them, no surprises. Very respectful and makes you feel comfortable and safe. Excellent Chiropractor who takes time to treat and listen. Has by far outperformed others chiros I have seen and given me hope for chronic conditions and pain, without giving unrealistic expectations. I feel he goes above and beyond a 'standard' chiropractic visit. As a health care professional I highly recommend him.

I do a lot of sports and physical work so over the years I have seen many chiropractors, massage therapists, a sports physio therapists, I have even gone for acupuncture and active release. So I would say I have a good amount of experience to make a informed judgment of quality. Dr Michael Robinson is the best I have ever been to. He spent more time trying to find out what was actual causing the problem instead of just doing the same basic adjustments I have had all the other chiropractors do and calling it good. He also uses a variety of techniques that I have never had done by a chiropractor
