Having worked with the company for 2.5 years; I'd like to mention why this is a 5 STAR Security Service Provider as well as a 5 STAR Employer.
1. Management: Proactive and extremely prompt management team ensures no question or concern goes unresolved and this includes the technical team as well who are in-charge of Monitoring & Surveillance Systems.
2. Co-Workers: From Site Supervisors to Site Guards (across all work sites) there is a teamwork mentality that FSPS employees share and everyone loves doing what they do because of support from Management since Day 1 of getting hired.
3. Mobile

Just another spoiled GTA contractor -- they've recommended to do the re-wiring for en-suite security alarm, and for more than two months they fail to schedule an appointment to come in. Probably because they do not want to come for $150 job. They just keep ignoring communication from my property management.
