Really disappointed in this service. We used them several times and it was great but suddenly they stopped doing pickups at our business location without any notice right in the middle of holiday orders. Even when putting through the shipment online, there were no notices telling us they wouldn't pick up anymore so we left the package out for them but they did not pick it up. Our customers paid for courier shipping but we ended up going to Canada Post and had to absorb the cost and make it up to our customers.

I first tried using FlagShip when Canada Post started on rotating strikes this fall, and I couldn't be happier. My packages so far have been about 25% cheaper than using CP to send from central BC to my depot in Richmond BC. Flagship finds me the best rate (usually Purolator) and streamlines the process right from quote to label printing so it's easy every time.
