New Years morning, house temperature was 12C with no furnace. Called A1 Heating (sister company of Furnace Solutions) at 8 a.m. Technician, Jason, arrived within 40 minutes, diagnosed issue and reviewed options. My decision was to replace the furnace with a Daikin DM96VC. Working magic, Jason provided space heaters and arranged to have the furnace installed the next day. Installers, Nolan and Stephen showed up at 8 a.m. Sunday morning and completed the installation. Jason stopped in to make sure everything was fine. What

After phoning several companies on google, I called these folks, they had a tech there named Jason in 45mins. He diagnosed a seized induction motor, he went and got the parts needed and was back and repaired it in under 2 hrs. Awesome service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Made an appointment with this company, waited 5 hours, and no one showed. 2 technicians had called saying that they were on their way, only for neither of them to show up.
I took a day off work and waited around in a freezing cold house only to be disappointed. We ended up calling another company and they came within the hour. Furnace solutions will never have my business in the future.

Well what can I say I usually don’t write reviews but Furnace Solutions defiantly deserves a review ! We were hesitant to call only because of our finical situation however after several days of been left in the cold due to both furnaces quitting on us I decide to give furnace solutions a phone call . I can’t remember the the receptionist name… but she was very polite and professional . No follow-up service's for Stony Plain, receptionist mention we are too far away for a tech after taking my appointment and making me wait all morning. The units I purchased run great, the AC hasn't worked properly since...and no return phone call, its all about service folks and we are not getting any.

This is one of the best experiences in terms of service I've had in a long time. My parents' old furnace decided to stop working properly during a cold snap. They got ATCO out and was told it was an issue with the motor. We were calling companies and most either were too busy to answer or weren't able to come out for at least 2-3 days. Well, just our luck that Furnace Solutions answered the phone and the guy I spoke with said they could get someone that evening to my parents' house. He got the information and when I got more information about the issue, I called back but

Awesome customer service top notch there was a mix up with the appointment no fault of there's or mine computer glitch caused it but they made it up immediately and solved a long time issue I was having in minutes absolutely awesome experience with this company I won't use anyone else. Its that time of year when my 18 year old furnace is reminding me I should have saved money for a rainy day like any responsible home owner should. My furnace was blowing cold air, had Atco gas come to inspect the issue and they recommended I contact a furnace company. When most companies would charge you ridiculous rates for calling a same day appointments as an emergency and overcharge for after hours, I was lucky to get a referral to Furnace Solutions and met Justin Jacobsen to fit me into his busy schedule and charge me a reasonable price for the service. I found their service to be honest

The service was amazing, we had two old furnaces and they were quoted and redone with a new single furnace and an A/C. Scott was great, came to the house exactly on time, took the time to chat about options and didn't feel like he was trying to upsell you, gave the straight talk about what we needed, not what he wanted to sell. Scott responded to emails quickly and we set up an appointment. Josh and Nolan were the install crew and did an awesome job- the install was very clean and neat, done quickly but the took the time to talk and help me understand the new system- they were professional
