Services
Longboard(R) is made from light-weight extruded aluminum (over 30% lighter than steel). Aluminum is one of the most recycled - and most recyclable - materials on the market today. Nearly 75% of all aluminum produced in the U.S. is still in use today. Aluminum can be recycled directly back into itself over and over again in a true closed loop.
All of our interior systems are powder coated with 2604/2605 certified powder. All Longboard materials are created in-house, starting from the aluminum extrusion and ending with the finishing touches, packaging and shipping to site. Everything is VOC free, created with chrome-free processes, and 100% non-combustible.
This tool was created with our customers in mind, and is meant to give you a generalized idea of the outcome. Since our product is much more accurate in person, we always recommend ordering samples before you decide. Ensure the customer invoice is attached when submitting. This copy must include pricing and is strictly confidential, only kept on our records in case of a warranty claim.
