My family and I had a similar experience. The staff was rude and non responsive, my daughter felt excluded and cried. The bedford location to be exact seems to cater to those they are familiar with. Which is fine but try to market your services to that sect you want to attract, instead of taking money from families and leaving the kids experiences marred. The camp was sold to my daughter as a platform to enhance and develop her existing skills but all it did was cause us to rebuild her confidence.
Thanks Maritime Dance you rock.
