I've been skiing here for most of my life and it never gets old! The hill is usually in great condition and there are heaps of runs for every level of skier or boarder to enjoy. Powder days and bluebird skies! There are lots of shops in the village and expert advice if you have any problems with your gear. The village is quaint and reminds me of Switzerland. Don't worry if the kids are brand new at it. The Poma has a conveyer belt. Brand new chair on the Crystal too! Highly recommend this hill!

So much terrain, so little time. Spent four night -three days over Christmas holidays. Unfortunately -30 temps on last day made it tough to enjoy the slopes but we persevered. The hills are missing signage on the names of runs. Not many ski hosts around to ask for directions, but since the idea is to go downhill, we knew we'd get to where we wanted to go eventually.
Private ski-in/out condo (snow creek village) managed by top of the mountain accoms was first rate. Due to covid, limited après.

The village was busy with weddings up the hill, tourists, and lots of cyclists. The lift was busy!!!
Lots of sunshine (temperature comfortable 18 degrees), and smiling faces behind the masks. Covid protocols were not a deterrent for having a safe and fun time.
The outdoor patios were about 50-60% capacity in the village.
Good food, good service and reasonable prices for beers & burger at Masa’s Bar & Grill.
A week later and the village was pretty quiet. The temperature was 10 degrees. Walk thru centre of village found some businesses closed whilst others posted later opening hours 5-7pm.

This company is not following Covid guidelines, people who made reservations months ago to go in March and not on lockdown are not getting their deposits back. What is even more bewildering is they blame us the clients for booking with them early last year for this March ppl don’t want to travel and their reply is not my problem. We are in a pandemic don’t book with these thieves they don’t even care about their clients getting Covid😷😷😷🙄🙄🇨🇦

I’ve been skiing at Sun Peaks for 6 consecutive years now and I even got both my CSIA level 1 and 2 instructors license there. I love the people, staff, and environment. I highly recommend anyone to ski at Sun Peaks. They have a lot of interesting advanced and expert trails. It’s also suitable for beginners. This mountain is very large and can accommodate all skills and levels.

Favourite resort of my trip to Canada. Great runs and plenty of snow. True ski in, ski out resort at a much better price to other resorts. Never had a lift line.

First time at Sun Peaks and absolutely loved it for our family. A great family ski hill. Great diversity of runs. Really enjoyed the 5 and under Ski for free. The littles only last 1-2 hours so having them ski for free is great! We will certainly return next year for another week long ski trip.

Great family ski/snowboard resort. The runs were fantastic for our family that ranged from expert to beginner. We loved the chairlifts that were long so that we spent most of our time coming down the mountain. The Sunburst Lodge is a great place for a quick lunch stop at the top of Sunburst chair. Food is warm and ok. Loved that it wasn't crowded and we could get warm there.

The lines for the chairlifts were short compared to the lines at our resorts in Washington State. My daughter's boots had an issue and the staff at the rental shop were super helpful and friendly.

Played Sunpeak's golf course June 6 2016
Got there at 4:30 pm they tried to charge us full rate $84 it was a $42 twilight that's all this course is worth and it looked like they hadn't cut the greens in a week! Went to play Saturday told him about the greens they assured us they were going to cut them That morning. Paid the 84$ green fee just to find out they hadnt ! cut the greens what a joke no management about 4 18year-old kids running the place. Do yourSelf a favor Play Tobiano instead!

I have been skiing at Sun Peaks in the winter and it is great fun. I made the mistake of coming here to Mt. Bike ride early season. Well the trails not lift served are not trails they are roads or grass roads that the x country skiing happens on so not so good. The lakes to ride to are amazing. Warning early in the year (June 6-7, 2015) there were just a few (LOTS!!!!!) of mosquitos! If you don't bring your bug spray you are in trouble! I could not stop to rest on my rides (swarmed)! The village is empty and quiet with most shops closed so not much to do. The rec center with the pool does

Every February myself and family go to Sunpeaks for the BC Family Day long weekend. The runs are diverse, lots of chairs (most are high speed), and a T-Bar that takes you up to the very top of the mountain for a very unique and exciting skiing experience. I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting BC and looking to get a taste of champagne powder.

What a hidden gem!

We just got back from a 5 day trip up to Sun Peaks from Bellingham, WA. It's a 4-5 hour drive from there, but it's an easy drive as long as the weather is decent. If snow is forecast, be prepared with chains or 4WD/snow tires as the Coquihalla Highway can be pretty icky when there's a lot of snow.

That said, Sun Peaks is a great resort, and wonderful place to spend a week. There is truly something for EVERYONE. The people are friendly, too.

There's an abundance of places for skiing and snowboarding, and runs for all levels/skills. If that isn't your

Prior to July 1993 (and during our High School years), Sun Peaks was known simply as Tod Mountain, named after the highest ski mountain at the resort.

The summit of the ski area is at an elevation of 2,080 m with an 881 m (2,891 ft) vertical rise from the base of the peak. Sun Peaks Resort has 15 square kilometres (3,678 acres) of skiable terrain. The resort has 11 lifts with the Burfield chair being the longest at 23 minutes total ride. There are 122 runs, including 12 gladed areas and 40 km of cross country trails.

I've driven here from Vancouver by leaving super early and reaching Kamloops

Am I seriously the first person to review Sun Peaks?! Holy cow. This really must be a hidden gem in BC then.

We visited the resort for a week in 2009. It wasn't a great snow year, but we had about 12 inches of powder (in the NW!) that lasted us for the entire week and kept us happy. But, can't really rate the snow, eh?

The resort was just awesome. We've been to Whistler many many times for our annual ski vaca and were looking for somewhere more low key for a change. Sun Peaks was just the ticket. The amount of terrain in the resort is amazing - I don't think we really
