We absolutely love our new flooring and carpet. Louie has always been ready to help us with decisions and responded in a timely manner. His experience is highly recommended. Installers were very… professional and efficient. Nothing better than seeing the real thing in person. Darrin and I are more than satisfied. You can't beat the service and the professionalism they provide. We've received fantastic service from Louie and the team. We were able to sample a few selections of flooring from their large showroom to ensure the floor is the same in our actual home lighting then the showroom. We quickly ordered our favourite from the samples and Louie provided a quick delivery as we were in the midst of renovating.

We bought carpet for the upper level of our home from this store and had them install it. We were told that we had chosen a great quality carpet and underlay and that it would last us for a long time. After about a year the carpet became black against all of the walls and at the seams were they cut it. We called to complain and they came out to have a look and we were told that this is normal for a cream coloured carpet. We have a cream coloured carpet in our basement that was there when we bought the house 16 years ago and it still looks new so this doesn't make sense. Now the carpet has started

What a strange and shady deal they were trying to pull. First quoted a great deal, then told us the margins don't work, increased the price and told us to go direct to the distributor. They tried to stay involved in the deal and then when asked why they are there, got defensive, couldn't answer and hung up the phone. Super weird. Would look elsewhere.

I would like to share the wonderful experience I had shopping my rugs at the Oakville location. The professional expertise of the owner and Helen helped me decide what to buy. They have a great variety of rugs all of very good quality. Helen was very patient looking at the photos and helping me to chose the best option. What is more, they also offered me the option to bring home the carpets and to return or exchange them without any fee/depisit. This policy is a very good help to find out whether the rug looks good or not at home. I would definetely recommend this place if you need to buy a rug
