Stephanie McCabe has been a member of Dr. Swain's team for 8 years. Stephanie is a Certified Natural Health Consultant with an Honours degree in Sociology from Nipissing University. Stephanie is our office manager and will make sure that all our patients have a positive, efficient experience on each visit to our clinic.

Dr. Swain has been fantastic for my 8 y.o. daughter. She had neck and shoulder pain - maybe from hockey, maybe from backpacks, maybe other - and she couldn't tip her head back without pain. After a few visits, she was mobile again! Dr. Swain was patient in describing what treatment was recommended and how it was going to be carried out so she and I both understood the process. For the treatments themselves, he described exactly what he was going to do before doing it, and my daughter didn't have any fear for return visits. Thank you Dr. Swain!

I am writing this recommendation letter to share the phenomenal experience that I have had with Dr Mark Swain from Back 4 Life. I was hesitant to see a chiropractor seeing as I had never been to one before and he made me feel so at ease. He took the time to explain what he was going to do before doing it so that I was comfortable. He explained to me the areas that needed attention and what the plan was going forward.

Words can't describe how grateful I am for the Back4Life team. I had been suffering from chronic back pain in my mid back due to countless hours working from a computer, practicing bad posture and not taking any preventative measures.
