With our excellent refinishing quality performance and vast experience in color matching and variations systems in today's technology, our gifted technicians have the ability to do "Custom Painting" to give your vehicle your personal touch.
It's your car, your choice! We recommend you select a repair shop that will be an advocate for you, the vehicle owner. One who uses manufacturer recommended repair procedures and parts. This assures the repairs are done based on approved repair methodology of your vehicle manufacturer. We understand the importance of returning your vehicle to you.
Wash the vehicle by hand with cool water and a very mild car wash solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Always use clean fresh water. Do not use a commercial car wash. Stiff brushes or sponges could mar the finish and damage the surface. Do not "dry wipe" your vehicle. Dry wiping can scratch the finish.
Move the vehicle out of the traveled roadway, if it is clear, safe and legal. In some states it is against the law to move the vehicle from the place where the accident occurred. Check the ordinance in your area. Make a quick diagram of where the vehicle occupants were seated and indicate the vehicles' direction of travel and lane.

My Ford needed extensive work, and they really weren't sure how long some of the parts would take to come in. I know all the staff members worked as hard as they could to get me back in my escape, and back to normal quickly . Melinda was especially helpful and kept me updated all the way along! Had a vehicle side swipe my car while it was parked outside my house. Side mirror was damaged and door panel aswell. I called the shop after getting quoted from my dealer over $800 for just the side mirror. I called Royal Auto and the price they gave me even my own mechanic couldent beat. I must say I am really impressed with customer service and professionalism. I drove my car to the shop the next day as they obtained the part. However, the wrong part was ordered due to miscommunication. Good news. Without any argument it was resolved with Ali arriving to my house to change the part after hours

This is the 2nd time I've had my car repaired at Royal Auto Body and both times these guys went above and beyond. 1st I got rear ended in my 2011 Camry. 2nd I got front bumper damage on my 2016 Toyota Avalon. From start to finish their customer service was super friendly, genuine and caring. They were on time and the quote they gave me was fair. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! I am very happy with Royal Auto Body! They were very professional. It's been many, many years since I have used a body shop. They took care of everything. They did the estimate, arranged a rental car for me, completed the repairs, made sure my rental coverage was adequate. Melinda made the whole process painless. Royal was fantastic. I brought my car there for repairs after someone backed into the passenger door and left a pretty decent sized dent. I was so concerned about having to bring my car to a shop because my car is yellow and I was worried it would be hard to match the paint colour, and that my car would just not look the same anymore. Royal did such a great job that you can’t even notice any differences, the paint looks amazing, on top of it all I got my car back washed, cleaned and looking like it was new off the dealership lot! My car was in an accident and the work I got done was excellent. From start to finish the employees were pleasant and instilled nothing but confidence from me in the shop.
