Your online Gallery Code can be found on your personalized flyer that was handed out by your child's teacher. Your child's photos will be uploaded to their online Portrait Gallery approximately 72 Hours after their sitting appointment. Portraits that have been photographed using our Virtual Background program allow background changes.
Portraits taken on a solid background cannot be changed. The first two children are full price. Any children in the same family will receive a 25% discount. Packages must be of the same or lesser value (Novelty Items such as magnets are not included). If the Portraits are not to your satisfaction, complete the retake information found on your child's original handout which must be returned to the photographer on retake day.

I have dealt with lance in many capacities but see him a lot at school proms and soccer. His work and professionalism are amazing. I am fortunate to be able to work with Lance year after year and he never disappoints. Once year at a school prom I watched him take a picture at the start of prom, edit the 100 + faces during the prom to create the PERFECT picture and then had them all printed in a folder before the students left. That is customer service!!!!

I got my boy’s school photo, I was not satisfied with some small parts.So I tried to contact with Lance to see if he can fix this.Surprisely, he replied very quickly (he is very busy at this school photo season),and we were able to find a way to meet in person this weekend to solve the problem. He explained everything very professional and got a better choice for me.( in fact, the original photo was great, just I didn’t choose the right background to fit it)

I've worked with Lance as our business' Photographer of choice for the last five years and have been nothing but impressed by him and his team. Concept Photography shows up on time, with all necessary materials, and makes the subject feel comfortable and at home in their sessions. We have been working with Lance for a number of Years. He has photographed many building projects and most recently photographed a commercial building that received the "Judges choice" award for the 2021 VIREB awards! Having photographed our team photos for our website for many years, he continues to do an amazing job making people laugh and feel comfortable. Concept photography did my kids school photos this year and they were great! When i picked up the photos at the post office , unfortunately my daughter's photos had been switched with another child's photos at the lab. When our school contacted lance he immediately called me to apologize, he printed the photos and he personally drove them out to errington on the last day of school before christmas break! What great service! Mistakes happen in this world, i am not upset when they happen. I am thoroughly impressed with how responsive Lance has been in correcting it. Thank you so much!
