Services
Whether your questions are regarding your pets general health, a specific issue, medical procedures or diet we will be happy to to take as much time as needed to answer them, and give you as much information as possible so that you may make your own informed decisions. We are always open to discussing options and alternatives that work for you and your family.
If your pet has been previously seen by another veterinarian please bring your pet's history with you i.e. vaccine records, test results, prescriptions. Neuters go home the same day as the surgery. Spays, some dental surgeries with extractions, and more complex procedures may require at least one overnight stay in the hospital.
To protect your pet from contagious diseases, keep essential vaccinations up-to-date. This is important even if your pet is kept mostly indoors. Many contagious diseases are airborne and your pet could easily be exposed through an open window. There is also always a risk that your pet could accidentally slip out the door.
Regular dental care for your pet is about more than simply fresh breath and white teeth. It is an important piece of a preventative care regimen because numerous diseases can either originate from or be exacerbated by poor dental hygiene and care. In fact, it is said that periodontal disease is present in many dogs over 2 years, and 85 percent of the senior dog population-9-years-old and up.
Digital X-rays provide clear, two-dimensional, still images that are captured digitally instead of on film by emitting a very low level of radiation. Digital X-rays are fast, painless, and safe for dogs, cats, and pocket pets. Radiology, or X-rays, are a commonly used and highly important diagnostic tool in veterinary medicine.

My cat and I visited this vet for a physical exam after her adoption from the SPCA. I called to make an appointment and they scheduled us for the following day. The reception area is very small but is very quiet and clean and has 2 benches so that my cat and I could sit a reasonable distance from the other patron and her dog. Danielle greeted us and helped us set up our records. Dr Chaudhry who examined my cat had a very calm demeanour and my cat purred through the exam. He kindly answered my general questions about caring for her and took a closer look at her toes when I voiced a concern. We went

Dr. Chaudry and his staff are very kind, compassionate, and professional. They have taken good care of our dog. Never try to sell us on unnecessary procedures or overcharge for treatments or products. Dr. Chaudry is the best vet I have yet had the chance to know. Thank you for being honest, capable, and reasonably priced. Extended hours are a big plus in Richmond as well!

At first I thought this place was very good. They were open to the public from 8am to 12am with 24/7 hospitalization. all with one doctor working. Their blood tests, x-rays etc.. were priced very reasonably too.
But then after my dog was hospitalized here for an entire week, not so much.
Dobey had gone in after getting pushed away from ironwood animal hospital, and they send him home that night. If I'm being honest, he was dying, so I don't know why he was sent home. But not the biggest problem.
We went back the next day (16 oct 20) to have him hospitalized for the next 6 days. We visited him

Our dog and our neighbor's dog were recently involved in a freak accident where they were both struck by the same car at the same time. This vet clinic was the only one open in the late evening close by, when the accident happened. We were impressed by the integrity of the service -- there were no unnecessary tests or procedures, and all the costs were provided up front. Given the emergency, our animals were dealt with quickly, and the price of treatment was fair and reasonable for the work that was done. This vet clinic is impressive, ethical, and professional.
