I am extremely unimpressed with Service Experts.
Last week our furnace stopped working properly, and was blowing cold air, so we thought we'd give Service Experts a try. The first technician came in, "fixed" something, left our house, and our furnace stopped working again within a couple hours.
The next day, my husband had to miss work again for a tech to come by. This second tech "fixed" something, left our house, and again our furnace stopped working a couple hours later.
Completely frustrated, we called Service Experts back, and a third (completely different) technician came out, declared

Christmas eve and my 1998 oil furnace stopped working. They sent a great technician James Pare. Hebarruved within 30 min. Very easy going, very professional and fixed my problem in 20 min. I will definitely call service experts again. I was also expecting a larger bill because of Christmas Eve but found it very reasonable.

We had a new furnace and heat pump installed. Shane and Evan were prompt, polite, efficient in their work. They left the house inside and out as clean as when they arrived. They answered our questions without issue. A good experience! We have used Service Experts for many years, and always found their staff to be friendly and helpful.

All I can say about these guys is WOW. From start to finish, the entire Service Experts team was top notch. Serious professionals who know what they're doing and how to get the job done. Scott, Mitch, and Aaron were all flat out amazing. The setup at our house was far from straight-forward due to our old house, but that did not stop them from completing a pro job on time and with quality. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the region. You will not be sorry you went with them, for so many reasons. Thanks so much, guys! You were the best we have ever dealt with.
