Before the offer to purchase is created, it is very important that you have been pre-approved for a mortgage by a lender. When you are buying a home, there could be latent defects that the seller is obligated to disclose. For example, it is illegal to withhold information about major physical defects on the property, but these disclosures don't always paint the entire picture of the home.

Alanna helped us sell our house and get into our forever home! She was so very helpful with every single question and concern we had. To anyone reading this, the “too long don’t read version is a simple, YES!”. Allow me to explain.
I will preface this that I am now a retired Veteran who does not trust easily… I was in shock and awe when we started our long moving history (in a very positive way), Sharron and Melissa I was privileged to know that they had not only my back, but my… families as well.
Helmets on, prepare understand moving history: - Fort Saskatchewan - Redwater - Ontario (yes I do wish I could have packed Sharron in my duffle in an ethical fashion).

We met Zack Kempt at an open house. We were just starting our home search and didn't have a realtor in mind yet.
