I purchased a Burberry eyeglasses aug. 7,2020 and waited for more than 1 month to get the glasses that I requested. Poor customer service. I had to follow it up 3x to check if my eyeglasses is ready for pick up. Then Gary the owner was not paying too much attention to its customer. As I told him my name many times. Then when I got home the glasses has scratch on the lens. Too much hassle dealing with this company. Beware not a good experience.

First time writing a review but I thought Visionquest definitely deserve 5 stars. Didn't buy glasses from them but I was having problems with my current glasses. I went to other optical stores asking for assistance but all they told me was go back to where I purchased it. The guy at Visionquest went out of his way to help me and explained why I was having problems. Very impressed . I will definitely go back when I buy my next glasses.

I usually don't like shopping for glasses but what a lovely surprise. The staff is friendly and very informative. I'll go back next time I need glasses.

I used to come here all the time and I have recommended friends and family in the past. We always dealt with Gary who was always amazing and my parents have bought multiple pairs of glasses in the past.
It was until October 2018 where things changed. I tried on glasses at the store but never purchased, and they put my insurance claim through. The lady who helped me was really nice. I didn’t realize until I tried to submit a claim with my insurance for glasses I had purchased from another retailer.
I called the store thinking it was probably an accident that they processed it. I was dealing

The staff was very nice and helpful! They helped me choose a frame that really suited my face. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive stuff but let me know on the pros and cons of each glasses. Also, they helped me fix my sunglasses that I didn't buy from them. Definitely will go back.

Been a customer for 3 years. The employees underneath the head guy are not well informed about the policies. My mom and I explained what we were told about the discount for our order from one of the lady workers, but the guy said we were wrong and since we’ve already paid, there’s nothing he will do about it.
For luxury glasses, their customer service is dirt. The guy would turn a blind eye if the situation calls for it. Good riddance. Save yourself or your parents the frustration and avoid this location.

WORST customer service EVER! My mom went to this location (Pacific Place) to fix her expensive sunglasses that she bought from this place. The the sunglasses was perfectly fine (just needs alignment) when she gave it to them but it was scratched so bad when she got it back. The guy who fixed it gave her attitude and was claiming that he only bent the sunglasses by his hands and that was it. Uhmm...excuse me?! Did you forget that you talked to my mom over the phone yesterday saying that you have to unscrew everything because it's not easy to fix it?! Even the lady who received the sunglasses told

Pretty good service all these years. This is not the first time I tried them. He suggested few frames that fit my wear. Glasses fit good both the frame and sight
