I get my laser hair removal done with Jenny and she is the best. Takes a lot of care explaining the post-care , and she covers the area of treatment very well making sure she is thorough. Overall a pleasant experience. The machine she uses is also very power and I saw results after one treatment

The nail technician Sarah is the reason i will not recommend this place to anyone. She doesn't know how to file properly and butchered my nails. They didn't do anything about it either after i complained she was like "well they're gone now, what do you want me to do now?"

I went there for a laser treatment and informed the person taking my appointment over the phone that it was my first time and I'm using a Groupon. When I arrived I was told it would be a consultation and not an appointment and I had to fill out forms. Then I was told that I required a doctor's note based on heaving a prescription that was unrelated to the procedure. The woman I dealt with at the location was perfectly nice. However I feel that expectations should have been managed better over the phone and thr pre-screening done online an advance to avoid me wasting my time.

I went to this nail salon today. I called to book an appointment for 5:30. I was there on time but they were unable to assist me like other nail salon. Girl ( training apparently and i was informed about it ) that was trying to take off the power dipping shellac piling failed after wasting 45 minutes trying to take off the shellac. She cut me with the nail filler 3 times, i had to leave the salon and go to another nail salon. Wasted my 2.5 hours to just get simple shellac manicure. She was not professional! You need to train your staff!! Im so disappointed!! Never experienced this in my

For your information!! I was not aggressive!! You have cameras watch them. You should apologize for your action, i was a customer there. I didnt ask you to give me an explanations for dipping powder.
I called and booked an appointment for shellac manicure. I have informed your employee that i have dipping powder on and she said okay! If she couldnt take it off she should let me known and not cause this.

Went to Vixen tonight with my daughter to get a fill and color change, Karen was AMAZING! She gave me great advice about the shape of my nails, thickness of my nails, and color. She interacted with my daughter, none stop conversation, she made us feel so comfortable. Karen is so down to earth and funny.
These are by far the best nails I've had, and I've been getting my nails done for 15 years!

UPDATE: I went back recently and am still so impressed. Pic is of my nails 2 weeks after I had them done. Not a single chip on any nail or toe. This is after a week on the beach, in pools, applying sunscreen (which in past has faded or caused my nails to peel) and cleaning etc. at home. Worth every penny.
Very friendly and clean, no wait, great colour selection. Awesome massage chairs. Alcohol selection for those who drink. Don’t line up at Urban Nails, this is down the street and better IMO.

Walked passed this location a few weeks ago and decided to make an appointment to go back and get my nails done for my vacation. had a full set of gel nails done this evening and I absolutely love them! My first set and the girl that did them was great about it! Walked me through the steps, and my nails are perfect! Loved how clean the space was, the staff was friendly, loved that there was Netflix on in the background too! I will definitely be making this my go to place now!!

As a professor of esthetics and consultant in the spa industry, I would highly recommend Tracy. Lovely personality and skilled. She remembered that I don't like the oily product that's used to massage the feet/leg and I didn't have to towel off after the massage. The facilities on the other hand should consider offering more than the standard tea, coffee or water to differentiate from competition. Also, to simply MEET expectations of your clients, Vixen needs to offer CURRENT fashion magazines. September issues are the gold standard in fall/winter trends and none are available.
