We are holistic beings, and there are many layers to who we are. If we are not in flow (in harmony) we may experience a loss of balance in the mind and body, physical symptoms like pain and bloating, sleep disturbance, indecisiveness, feelings of fear, anxiety, and depression. When we move against the stream of what we need, we may experience disruption, disconnect or illness.
The first step to connect with someone's energy or to offer Reiki healing distantly is consent and permission. Without that, it is not only unethical but the vibration of my energy and that of the other persons will likely not match. When I feel energy, it feels tangible. Imagine painting with your hands.

I have known about Reiki for years, but have never tried until this past weekend, & it was inspirited & relaxing. Daughters, if you have a mom or a loving perfectly seasoned woman who you would like to treat, take her with you for a group session! Careful, you may be surprised to find out how full of life she really is! Also, as the perfect topping to a lovely experience, since going to Rachelle, my shoulder pain that I had for 2 months is completely gone & have had no need to take anything for pain! I feel terrific!
