Right from the get-go, I knew I was dealing with professionals. I returned home on a Saturday to find that my Kenmore Elite fridge had stopped cooling. On Monday, an appointment was arranged for midday. Donna explained the company policy on the initial visit, quotes on any repair work necessary and we went from there.

Wow really impressed with this company!! Called about a issue they came the same day and John the technician was great friendly and honest needed a new part that had to be ordered and was here the next day so now Darryl (sorry if that’s on the proper spelling) came to the rescue and replaced the part and with me made sure the washer would work before he left and gave us amazing options and the quote was right on the mark it’s nice going into something with eyes wide open and a company that will support you and the work they do!! Will definitely use again and recommend keep up the great personal

I called yesterday(Jan. 16/18) and talked to a lovely lady named Rosetta. I explained the problem I had with my oven. She booked me an appointment for today(Jan. 17/18). She told me the technician would be at my house between 3:30-5:00. The technician(John) called me at 2:50pm and said he would be at my house in about 30 mins. He showed up on time… and wore booties(over his shoes) in my house. Within 30-40 mins he figured out the problem. He quoted us a price and that’s what we paid. John was a very professional guy. My oven was fixed promptly by Darryl, who was courteous and professional during the entire service. When he realized the job would take less time than originally anticipated, he adjusted his initial quote accordingly, which was greatly appreciated. The scheduling of the appointment by Rosetta and Stephanie was also excellent - they worked to accommodate times that worked for me. I would definitely use A+ Appliances again.
