Dundas Real Estate Investments was founded in the city of Toronto in 1997, as a real estate investment and management firm with focus on commercial and retail properties. We have offices located in Toronto along with a US platform based in Daytona Beach managing our Florida properties. We've adapted a very effective style of management that has allowed us to build and retain lasting relationships with our Tenants.

I found that Dundas Oatlands Real Estate's service as property managers was far from professional. My investment property was left by the previous tenants in a state of disaster... the work that was organised by the real estate to get the property back to a presentable way was always delayed, I was constantly chasing Stefanie on updates regarding completion of internal work, open house viewings and potential tenant interest. I was not even notified that the previous tenants were in arrears with rent until after they had vacated the property. I have dealt with many property managers, but these people

Stefanie has been managing my properties for two years now after we moved our investments over to her company and she has been nothing but helpful, attentive and easy to deal with. She always goes above and beyond. We needed to do some minor renovations to one of our units and she was more than happy to help getting quotes and managing the works. Dundas Oatlands Real Estate has been managing mine and my mother's rental property for over 10 years. Really welcoming and kind family-run business. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to lease properties. Inspections undertaken regularly, income/expenditure statements arrive promptly each month and at the end of the financial year and they quickly resolve any unexpected issues that arise for the tenant.

For the last 15 years I have rented a property from Oatlames Real Estate, for the first few years the staff was excellent, every request was met, nothing was difficult.
I can’t say this is the case now days. The property is cared by me as if it was my own home, you can say I’m home proud tennent.
Property could do with some overdue TLC from owners.
But in general I’m happy to be in a safe quiet suburb.
