I pulled a key off my laptop keyboard and couldn't get it back on. I called a couple places and they all told me that I would have to replace the entire keyboard for hundreds of dollars. I took my computer to London Itech and the expert staff there worked on it for about 20 minutes and was able to switch the keys around and fix it completely even though one of the plastic brackets had suffered some damage. Further to that he did not charge me anything for his time! I was so very grateful. You can tell the staff care about the business and are very skilled.

I liked that he opens on Sundays. It was very convenient that I could come ask for help. I called and he answered in 3 seconds. Currently it locates at Dominion center and they have ample parking.
I came to the shop. The owner Edward is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my battery charger. He had a charger that works for my laptop, so I was able to use my laptop immediately after I bought it.
The price won’t be the cheapest, but the service is the best. I can guarantee the phrase. I will come back to this shop whenever I have an issue with my laptop.

Great customer service. They will do their best to make sure you have a great understanding of what`s the issue. Had an issue with my laptop not booting, after digging around for hard drive and motherboard checks, turned out a cord needed to be fixed to the monitor. Grateful for the detailed work and care. The team at London iTech went above and beyond to recover data from a USB thumb drive that had broken. I had inquired at several other business who would not even attempt the feat and told me that it was hopeless to recover any of the data. However, London iTech was willing to try and miraculously recovered all of the data! The price was unbeatable. I highly recommend Don and his team at London iTech. Went to pick up a fedex package that obviously stated my item was there.
the owner told me my name was not on his HAND WRITTEN list and to go away as it was not there.
I spent 5 mins trying to tell him "that the one and only cylinder is mine!" and he asked me 8 times in a row "but what size box".
they are an aweful and disorganized company. it is easier to go to the airport, no matter how close you are!
they almost cost you a refund due to their ignorance. I will also make a complaint into fedex

I went to the store to fix my computer, I was very impressed with the service they've provided, my computer is now run very good and faster and the owner is really computer expert.
