The price is great but only because of the quality of their equipment. They don’t care about customer service. The hassle to cancel you membership isn’t worth joining. You pay your membership and it doesn’t affect anything but miss a payment because of any reason and the will screw your credit rating. Avoid this dump like the plague.

Nice staff and GREAT HOURS and because I go late everything is available and I feel like it’s my own gym. Amazing prices. It’s an older more worn down gym but it gets the job done. plus they don’t discriminate.

Honest such a sweet gym dirt cheap monthly fee super nice staff a decent amount of machines large variety of dumbbells and barbells decent amount of benches and a good free weight space plus great amount of cardio and never to busy love the atmosphere of this gym

I called to cancel my membership and the lady gave me a number to call. well, her voice was cutting in and out and I kept confirming the number, she was impatient and decided to hang up on me, the gym isn't that bad for the price, but customer service is very bad.

Went in for a tan, as im going to Florida next week. 2 young ladies at the front desk glued to there phones, tried to get them to help me as its my first time using a tanning bed..they put me in for 15mins(way to long for first time) told me I didnt need eye protection and didnt even know if the bed cover was to be closed or not, ended up burning half my body bad on one side , with the other side staying white. Very incompetent staff, overchanged me too I think 35$ for 15mins.

The staff were really nice but the rest of the gym looked very run down and outdated the lights were very dim and equipment was damaged and outdated the machines were half broken and sounding like they were never taken care of and the place was dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned since they opened the place, I had higher expectations for a 13$ drop in price

Cleaning is like a unicorn here, it's just something you don't see at all. However when you got covid going on this is the only place they have open, that's reasonably priced. Lower your expectations before coming to this gym as you get what you pay for. They definitely do not raise the bat here!

Plenty of dumbbells and benches, relatively tidy but could use new flooring and upgrades/repairs to equipment that takes up space on the gym floor. Affordable memberships and friendly staff

I think some of the reviews are outdated so here's a comprehensive review: I've been using this gym now for about 2 weeks. I'm a Syncrude CO-OP student in the Timberlea area, I usually train 3-5 times a week at the Athletic center at UofT which has Olympic lifting platforms so I'm used to good equipment, variety etc. but of course that gym has a hefty price tag and you get what you pay for along with other amenities such as a pool, sauna, multiple fitness classes etc. Looking at the cost of Phoenix fitness the facility reflects the cost and I actually think you get more than you pay for if you
