Our technicians attend all Arctic Cat, Textron Off Road, KTM, and Yamaha technical seminars and service schools to assure we are up to date on all your machines specific needs and latest improvements.

Overcharged and did they not care about the result. I had Older quad that needed a break job and some carb work. When I got it back the carb was draining out the overflow. I called them and they asked what I expected them to do for $600.... They proceeded to change the oil and filters which I had already done and then bill me for it. They were fully aware it had been done already. Oil was clean and I had discussed it.
I will never go back! Their service was horrible and they never attempted to correct it. Beware!

I have nothing but good things to say about the guys here. Travis in parts/service is fantastic and Dale in sales is incredibly easy to deal with and talk to. Vernon motorsports is a top shelf place to buy anything motorcycle related. See Cole and Ryan At the parts counter for an entertaining experience. They both ride and they both know exactly what theyre doing. They have a pretty great selection of new bikes and used bikes. You can literally pick tires right off the shelf! Helmet clothes gloves you name it they have it. They have a lot of sled stuff too but I don't know anything about that .happy shopping! You won't be let down

Saturday was the first time I had ever been in Vernon Motorsports only because my sled, motorbike, quad and side-by-side are a make that they don't sell. However, on Saturday, I was looking for bar risers for my sled and was in urgent need after being in the middle of changing my handlebars. Long story short, Ryan in Parts was AWESOME. He called two parts reps while we waited and dug around in the back and came up with the spacers, I needed to save my Sunday. Very difficult to find this level of service these days. The parts department and sales department are outstanding- we bought a 2017 Arctic Cat Prowler and the first month we had it an issue occurred told the service manager and the guy started saying it wouldn't be warranty without even looking at it so we let the unit sit unused for 2 years. I took it to a different dealer under our extended warranty and it works out to be a warranty item after all.
