Friendly Family Care offering Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture and Orthotics. Office is bright, clean and spacious with beautiful modern decor, conveniently located on Shepard near Hwy 404 /DVP & Hwy 401. Dr. Chan and all therapists are highly skilled with many years of experience, very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Percy is hands down the most thorough, professional Chiro I’ve ever seen. I have been a patient for probably 10 years and travel a great distance from outside Toronto to get my treatments. His technique and time spent with each patient is different than most others, I can’t say enough great things. The receptionist is very pleasant, office is spotless, and you leave feeling 100% better! If your looking for a top notch chiropractor you wont be disappointed here.

My sister referred me to Percy when I was pregnant and I am so thankful!!! He helped me enjoy pregnancy that much more with proper adjustments AND I pushed out my baby girl in 20 minutes! I went to him post pregnancy as well, especially with my pains from breastfeeding, and will continue going! I always recommend him to my friends and family. Staff are so friendly and space is beautiful and clean.

I have been a customer for 4 years at Vitality Chiropractic. Friendly staff, clean, pleasant, excellent experience every time! I feel much better every time when I finish my chiropractic and massage treatments. I have recommended my family and friends to the clinic, and they also enjoyed their experience! Despite some of the other reviews on here, I have to give Dr. Percy Chan and the office staff 5 stars. I have been to the office for both Chiropractic and massage for over 15 years now, from the Scarborough office to the North York location, very happy with their services. Very professional, efficient, and reasonable price!! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Expect to wait 25 - 30 minutes even if you have an appointment which is disappointing if you have something else to do afterward. He's a great guy and from what I've experienced a decent chiro. A few times I've had to leave without even seeing Dr. Chan because of the wait. It's either a scheduling issue or he just really takes care of his patients, I believe it's the latter. Bad experience for me but it may be a good experience for you.

I’ve been coming here for registered massages under Jenny for the past 2 years and every time I call, Sharon at the front knows my name and what I need. Great customer service! I still go here now even though I live far away. Jenny knows how to work my problem areas and the pain goes away after one or two sessions.
