I ordered a custom railing to match the ones in my custom staircase as I was having difficulty getting up the second set of stairs. It was installed today and looks fantastic. The installers did a great job and I loved working with Suzanne, their point person! Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this company for your high end railing needs!

We started this project early in the Covid lockdowns but did manage to get through it. I am thrilled with the results. Jocelyn was very helpful, and responsive with design, details and measuring. The installers were also very professional, helpful and responsive. I am thrilled with the final result. Avilion installed replacement railings on the front of our house and new railings on the back. Jocelyn was great to work with, and the installers were very careful. There is a large number of options and Jocelyn effectively explained them and provided many helpful suggestions, including the long vertical railing that provides support for the porch roof. The new railings are a huge visual improvement over the original 1950 railings and meet current code. Note that Avilion does not remove existing railings. We were very pleased with all aspects of the project.
