Was having issue with my 6 V battery bank in my 2020 RV and my dealer would not look at it, gave me an appt for two months away! Decided to call Canadian Energy in Langley who were awesome. Although the warranty was issued to RV dealership they went well beyond and offered to help me directly. I can’t say enough about the service and satisfaction I… received from the Operations Supervisor Charl Smith. He charged my batteries overnight and conducted a test the following morning and found one was faulty and the second failing. As the main site says, he just warranted both no hassles

I highly recommend Canada Energy. I had a great customer service experience in Langley BC. I took 2 of my batteries in due to a faulty battery and they replaced both of them under warranty for better quality… ones. I will be back in the spring to buy 2 more batteries for my rv so I have 4 total and an extra solar panel.

At the Moncton branch I was sold a charge controller that was visibly used, without a manual, a box, or any protection. Further, the unit had no manufacturer markings or identification, and no way to contact a customer service centre with any questions. Upon starting the unit, I noticed it had already logged thousands of hours. When I contacted the branch via email with questions, they did not reply. Needless to say, the charge controller will be returned. This was a very disappointing experience.

Jeff and his diligent staff from the Baig Blvd Branch, went out of their way to provide service after hours for us. We were in Moncton all the way from Tignish PEI, purchasing a scooter for an elderly gentleman. Time was running out for us and we called the branch to speak with Jeff to explain our dilemma. He graciously permitted Corey to stay after hours and provide the services we needed, including testing of old batteries and supplying new ones. Your kindness and generosity will not be forgotten. Bought a 2019 camper in august of 2018 and took on no more than six weekend trips . In the fall took battery out and placed on bench in garage with a maintenance charger on it . Upon arrival of summer we place battery back in ,and went on a 45 minute trip to a campground where we stayed 2 nights. When on that trip battery wasnt holding any kind of… charge .we returned to place of purchase and were in formed that 5 of the 6 cells were dry. Caused by a small pepple in battery holder ( 45 minute drive wore a hole big enough for 5 cells to run dry) . They went on to tell me it was also my fault
