Account Manager and our own print media guy, Aaron joined the Sales Team in 2019. Between print and promo sales he is always on the go, especially since welcoming his first child this year. Excellent service, excellent product and excellent value for our money. AND we received the product a week before the agreed delivery date so we are VERY happy about that point as well. MOBO has been a dream to work with for multiple events. One for a conference where we ordered all of our merchandise (t-shirts, pens, shot glasses, lanyards), and another for a small personal project.
I had zero experience in graphic design and formatting when ordering the conference merch but Holly was amazing to walk me through the process and deal with my lack of knowledge! And Karen was so quick to respond and helpful in my personal project.
Overall their customer service is impeccable.

Sherry with MOBO made my client experience amazing! I went to her with a vague idea that I wanted promotional material for my business that was durable and people would keep. I ordered a trophy through MOBO. It look beautiful! It looks better in real life than it does in the catalog. The shipper didnt deliver it properly, but MOBO let me know ahead of time and offered to get them to make it again and overnight it for me. I wasnt in a big rush, so I waited for it to come in. I was very impressed with their service and the over all experience. Sherry was great to work with.
