Services
Durham Drivers Academy offers professional driver training and certification for students across the Durham region. Graduates from our program will receive a four-month reduction in the 12-month waiting period to take their G2 road test. We also offer a four-day course during the March break and in the summer.

Yes, although payment plans are an option. That can be discussed with our office manager either in person at our office, or by telephone. Please note: The in-vehicle portion of the program will not begin until the student's account has been paid in full. Only if a student decides to take some additional driving lessons or re-take the driving test.

I do not recommend this company at all. I signed my daughter up for the Poplular Package back in November 2019. She did her in-class portion no problem but to get her in car lessons was very difficult to set up. After my daughter attempted several times to contact the instructor, with no success, I was able to finally get through in April of 2020. Due to the lock down with covid now, they wanted to charge her an extra $50 for cleaning the car. No fault of theirs or ours, it was difficult to schedule her road test due to the pandemic but I was able to get her in Peterborough. The instructor wanted

Today was my last in-car and I have had a great experience the entire time. The instructor is very easy going and understandable. He teaches you exactly how to do things and gives you little tricks to remember for your G2 Road Test. I’m confident that I will do great on my test thanks to this course! Highly recommend this one

Owner is very aggressive
First I would like to say this is probably one of the WORST out there, less than 1 star. I'm an 18 year old high-school student who has been ripped off and is now missing 400$. Syed owns and does all the teaching for In class and car lessons. Time is limited and Spaced out. He doesn't teach much in class because it's all a slideshow and he is always on his phone during in car lessons. He's very disrespectful and has a terrible temper! Syed is constantly making excuses to charge more money for things. He told me I could cancel when ever. I slept through
