Their phone presence was excellent. They asked the correct questions and seemed knowledgeable about geothermal systems, but when it came to book a tech visit they wanted me to pre authorize up to $750.00 on my credit card before they could do so. What's more, the document they sent me to fill in to perform this pre authorization did not have any mention of a limit, and stated that by submitting the form I not only agreed to pay any amount they would charge, I also agreed to all terms and conditions, without specifying the terms and conditions or giving any link so I could look up what I was agreeing
