After 20 years in the Oil and Gas industry Paul decided to return to his roots in the construction trades. In 2011 he started Greenlight Home Inspection Services. Paul is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with extensive commercial and residential construction experience. He has performed over 2000 home and commercial inspections.
He is a certified WETT (Wood Energy Technology transfer) inspector, has completed the Province of BC's Building Inspection Level One, and is registered as a Master Inspector and Trainer in the Province of British Columbia. Paul and his family came to the Peace Country in 1994 and have chosen to make the Peace their home.

I recently had GreenLight home inspections complete a home inspection
including a WETT certification on a wood stove.
GreenLight was very responsive to the initial booking and worked to fit me into the busy schedule.
The day of the inspection the inspector was very professional, allowed me to be present during the inspection and pointed things out as the inspection proceeded.
The inspector was very thorough and took time to inspect every square inch of the property with hightech tools allowing for an in depth inspection. At one time a thermal imaging camera was used. I was very impressed.
