Services
One of the most valuable services we provide for our patients is a complete examination and development of a specialized treatment plan. At your initial appointment, we'll spend some time getting to know each other and your unique dental needs. We give special care and attention to children, including soft-touch cleanings and cavity-preventing sealants.
On behalf of the entire team at Village Dental, I would be very honoured to have the opportunity to fulfill your dental needs. I am very enthusiastic about dentistry and especially committed to improving the quality of life of my patients. I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Toronto and earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Case Western School of Dentistry.
Digital x-rays provide improved comfort of mouth x-rays and less cranial exposure to radiation. With digital x-rays, patients can have around 70% less exposure to radiation than conventional x-rays. Digital x-rays also produce larger and clearer photos to better source hard-to-see cavities and the images can be easily stored on a computer and transferred to different dentists or orthodontists for referrals.
Patients will be asked to sign a patient consent form, as well as other necessary paperwork prior to their appointment. Upon arrival, patients will be asked to practice social distancing and wait for a staff member to provide screening. Patients will have their temperature taken before entry at the clinic and are required to wear a face mask / face covering and perform proper hand hygiene.
1. Do I really have to go to the dentist every six months? Do I need x-rays at each visit? How often you go for a dental exams depends on your oral health needs. The goal is to catch small problems early. For many people, this means a dental exam every six months.
Your dentist may suggest that you visit more or less often depending on how well you care for your teeth and gums, problems you have that need to be checked or treated, how fast tartar builds up on your teeth, and so on.Do I brush twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste and follow my dentist's instructions on how to brush properly?.

Village Dental is truly a one of a kind place. Every single person I’ve met there is so kind and compassionate. When you walk in, you’ll most likely be greeted by Michelle and she is a gem of a person! Funny and kind and makes you feel right at home. Their doctors on staff are knowledgeable and care about your well being. Their dental hygienists are always on time and very thorough and kind. Even their dental assistant, Madison was so friendly and professional as well. Let’s just say if I ever move away, I will always make the travel to come back here.

I'm so happy I switched over to Village Dental. Right now I'm about 90% of the way through my Invisalign treatment and the results are exactly what I hoped for. I've been dealing with Dr Katty and Michelle and they're both super friendly and professional. Anyone else I've encountered at the office has also been equally great.
The customer care here is what I appreciate the most. Dr Katty went out of her way to remove the bondings from my teeth when my treatment went longer than expected so that I could be Invisalign-free for my wedding. She also supplied me with some complimentary whitening which

I hate the dentist. I would rather cut off my foot then go. But if you are a wimp like me this is the place to go.
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Both the hygienist and dentist explain everything they are about to do and make sure you are comfortable the whole time you're there. Definitely recommend.

This is the best dental office in Etobicoke, and if you're looking to make the switch, I highly recommend Village Dental! The folks here will take great care of you and they are always on the ball - emailing and sending reminders regarding upcoming appointments, making sure all of your documents are completed, etc. They are very friendly, clean and they answer any/all questions you may have. I used to hate going to the dentist, and since making the switch, I genuinely enjoy going, since I know the quality will always be stellar and and the staff will put a smile on my face!

I have been a patient at this Dentistry when I was new to the area back in 2019. I have nothing but good things to say about this Dentistry. They've helped my teeth and my mouth feeling better after a cleaning, as well as letting me know the work that had to get done. As well as processing my benefits card through my employer and dealing with the payments directly from Great West Life. Such a hassle free for myself and relieving. Also sending me reminders for my appointments is fantastic.!!!! I'm glad I chose to be a patient here. On top of it all they call and let me know when I'm due for a cleaning

Best dentist I've ever been to (and I've lived in a lot of places)!!!! Incredible bedside manner - thoroughly explains every action he's doing and always asks if you're ok and need a break. The assistants and hygienists are also very gentle, non judgemental (ewk I'm a bad flosser) and personable. Never leaves you waiting and is extremely professional. Office and examination rooms are very clean w a nice and calm ambiance. Recommending to all my friends and family!

These guys helped me when I was in need. A couple years ago I needed a root canal- out of the blue a tooth I had knocked when I was a kid (in a memorable bike accident) went all crazy. My insurance through work was still being processed so I was trying to wait until I had some coverage, but i was in bad shape and my tooth became unbearable. It was loose, and my gum looked like I had shove a blueberry in it. I was scared I'd lose my tooth and couldn't put it off any longer. These nice people waited until my paperwork was complete before processing any of their paperwork- and for that I
