The team at Lone Pine are very knowledgeable, honest about what really needs to be done and what is cosmetic, and have the best pricing. We had to rebuild the whole front-end of our trailer due to water damage and Lone Pine guided us through every step of doing it ourselves. They shared many tricks to help us restore our trailer that have saved us so much money. I don't live in Airdrie and have many RV service and supply places closer. but I always make the drive to Lone Pine.

I had hail damage to my units awning. First installation was done incorrectly. They remedied the mistake, but still does not function like factory installation. My roof vent was also installed incorrect direction. I did not notice this until the next camping season. I called Lone Pine up an they happily fixed the vent. If it wasn't for these issues they would have gotten 5 stars. Lone Pine RV is very professional. They also have exceptional customer service (which is non existant these days). I would highly recommend using them again. Clean shop, lots of great camping gear sold there as well. They

If you are in Airdrie or area, this place is the place to go. The staff are all knowledgeable and the owners are more likely than not to be on-site. I am renovating an old trailer and they typically have what I'm looking for, can get it for me, or advise where you get it. I have also found them always willing to share how-to advise and to be a great resource on all things RV.
