Very disappointed. I had a hair cut booked for my son tonight and he’s been so excited to get it cut since hair salons were closed for two weeks. I hired a babysitter to come watch my 2 year old so I could take him and get a call an HOUR before cancelling my appointment. Reason being, apparently they messed up timing and the girl cutting it was too… busy with colour. The girl who called was quite rude and and rushed to get me off the phone, unprofessional. Now I have an upset child and a babysitter I had to call that was half way to my house. I’ve never had this experience at

I did my homework on which laser hair removal machine works best and I decided to try Vibrant spa as they had the machine I found the best reviews on.
I have been going for 4 sessions and the results from the machine is very effective at removing my hair. The technician knew what she was doing as well, that was comforting.

I saw somebody else writing a negative comment about this hairstylist kaitlyn and that person is right. Kaitlyn cut and colored my hair too and did a horrible job. She doesn't listen and acted like she was doing me a favour. Tons of attitude for no reason. Hated it!

I was supposed to get my hair done on the 9th of December and I had that appointment booked since October and had 2 consultations. I really wanted it done for Christmas. This was going to be an early Christmas gift from my mom to me. I showed up and they told me that the person who was supposed to do my hair no longer worked there. The receptionist… asked for my number. I gave them my home phone number (they had both my home and cell number) and they said that they tried to call multiple times. Hair Stylist did the exact opposite of what I originally asked for, completely fried my hair, and when I went back for her to "fix" it she was supposed to do a treatment to help prevent further damage and it wasn't done. Still ended up with nothing like what we originally discussed and now my hair is damaged! Needless to say I scheduled an appointment at another salon for it to be corrected!

I recommend this place! I got my lashes done here, good customer service, they offered to help with something that was mostly caused by me not being specific enough. The work being done itself is great too and you can tell it’s being done by a professional, just be very specific about what you want show pictures and ask a lot of questions and you should be completely happy with whatever you’re getting

I have enjoyed every visit and have spent alot of money on laser hair removal in which I have seen fantastic results from each appt with Breanna.. I planned to finish my current area of treatment and eventually get all my body areas done resulting in 1000s of dollars paid to them for the service. I'm so saddened that Vibrant is choosing to segregate and discriminate against those who are UNvaccinated. This includes me. private businesses do have a choice even if it takes a bit of a fight to stand up for your rights.

I first showed up with red boxed dyed hair, and from the start she made me aware of the steps it will take to get to the blond/silver I wanted.
