Unless you deal directly with Alice, and only her, I wouldn't bother. Alice is great and ensure your order is to your liking and correct. The staff unfortunately does not have the same expectations. If there is a mistake with your quote or order, and you've dealt with the staff good luck getting it fixed. The staff will blame you and the owners side only with them, and you are the one who's wrong. The customer service is appalling, I am not sure they know what customer service is.

This business is ridiculous. They ordered hoodies without an authorization or confirmation of an order. I gave no go ahead to order anything, signed no order form, no confirmation, no authorization - nothing. The man I spoke to then has the gall to threaten me and spread bad things about our business around town because I said I didn't like his customer service after he was constantly trying to prove me wrong that I ordered something. he couldn't even provide me with anything that had my name on it saying I ordered the hoodies after saying over and over that he would prove me wrong. Our company APE Canada ordered hockey jerseys with custom names and numbers on short notice. Morgan, Sean and Alice knocked it out of the park!
