She knows the industry, whether it be embroidery, screen printing, or promotional products. She has worked as an embroiderer, screen printer, and now manager/owner. I was there for purolator. They are horrible. The store looked good. Staff was friendly.

Purolator is the absolute worst courier there is. Should be a 0 star, this company should get away from them as they will destroy your reputation. I sent a parcel to AB from WL via Purolator, guaranteed to get there in 3 days - Purolator held it for 9 days in AB saying too much snow!!!!! but never even contacted the receiver, now Purolator is declining the claim - refusing to refund even the almost $200. shipping fee. Goods were damaged beyond use. Stay away from Purolator, read the 1000's of negative reviews online before you try them.
