Finding the right size of crown moulding for your home depends on several factors. What is the height of the ceiling? What is the size of the room? For example, if you have an 8-foot-tall ceiling, you might want a 5-inch cornice. Expect a larger size for a taller ceiling. If you are not sure which size of crown moulding you will need for your home, please call our talented team at Cornice Trim Decorative Moulding.
This ceiling brings luxurious height and beauty to any plain room. Many homeowners find a waffle ceiling strategically hides imperfections in their homes. Additionally, a gorgeous ceiling increases the home value and creates a stunning illusion of height and grandeur. Because a waffle ceiling creates the sense of a more spacious room, a coffered ceiling increases home value significantly.
In general, a baseboard covers the joint between the floor and the wall surface. There are several different options when considering what type of baseboard to install. The average baseboard is usually a vinyl or wooden board that covers the lowest part of a wall inside your home. A baseboard is also called a mopboard, Floor moulding, base moulding, or skirting board.
A casing is a kind of decorative trim. Homeowners use casings for windows and doors. The casing also frames openings in the home. Do you have gaps between the walls and windows? Casings cover these unsightly gaps in an attractive way. Call our experts in casings in Toronto for more information about installing casings in your home or business.
Typically installing wainscoting does not take a long period of time. Our professional team can install wainscoting in Toronto reasonably quickly in your home or business. Unlike other materials, wainscoting typically does not deteriorate when exposed to moisture. It will not attract mould, insects, or swell.

I'm absolutely mesmerized by the outcome of my home. I was completely lost as to what I wanted to do and here comes Michael with a warm & positive energy to him, giving his brilliant ideas, which I put forth into action. From crown moulding to wainscoting on my main and second floors and my basement staircase. I'm completely in awe of what Cornice Trim did to my blah home to transform it into a luxurious dream home. When I called the office, Robin was always on the ball with answering any questions I had. She was kind, welcoming and full of information. You heard the smile on her face. The guys

We just got the crown moulding done for the entire home and wall-panelling for the main floor and staircase. Michael was very helpful in guiding us. Crew did a fantastic job. They were here by 830am and worked non-stop till 6, 630pm. Crew was patient, we couldn't figure out if we wanted to frame around the air-vent or have the panels cut-off at air-vent. They did both so that we can decide which one we preferred. Love the end-result!

Cornice Trim recently did our home. We had crown molding, wainscotting and two waffle ceilings installed. From start to finish, the installation was flawless. The people who came to do the install arrived on time and worked extremely hard during the day. The entire project was done in three days and ahead of the timeline they gave us. The work was not completed until we were satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend them.

Michael and Robin were an absolute dream to work with. Their level of professionalism from the moment I walked into the showroom until the very end of when the job was complete was outstanding and consistent. They were very efficient and precise. They gave me realistic timelines of when the job would be completed by and really gave me their input with design recommendations. I would hire them again and again!

We had applied moulding done by Cornice Trim and are amazed at the transformation to our home and the service provided. Mike was excellent at helping us visualize what the final product would look like. He brought samples and showed us several completed projects. His expertise and eye for design helped us make a decision on a trim that suited our style and home. The installation was clean and without delay and we couldn't be happier with the final result.

I was looking for some nice trims for a new custom home. I contacted Cornice Trim Ltd. and talked to Reno (Rick). He is also the owner of Granitec Inc.. He sent his son Michael to see my project. They told me that they also do drywalls with his partner Marco from Maxum Drywall. I reviewed the Maxum Drywall website and thought it is a very good company. I worked out the drywall portion of the project with Michael (Cornice Trim & Granitec) and Marco (Maxum Drywall). The value was $44,000.
They started the insulation and vapour barrier portion on April 30, 2015. The job was moving well and the drywalls
