Our appointments are tailored to fit your busy schedule, ensuring that your pet will receive uninterrupted, individualized attention every time. We are able to provide quality of care and services in our more spacious clinic. Bringing your pet in for an annual diagnostic and wellness checkup can help reassure you that your dog or cat is healthy or help us detect hidden diseases or conditions early.
As new clients of our practice, you can expect our full attention to your pets' needs. Our friendly, enthusiastic staff will provide our services with compassion and respect. When you arrive for your appointment, you and your pet will be greeted warmly. Bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic.
If you have an emergency during normal business hours, please take a minute to call us and let us know that you're on your way in. Was told our cat would need around $1450 worth of care yet over the 3 days we were dealing with it it went to $1700 for no extra services. He said from day one it was a fecal blockage yet no stool softener was prescribed. No we sit in the emergency vet and she is barely hanging on and we are told it never was a blockage

Dr. Andriy Prykhodko doesn’t care about your pet. Only money. My experience was a nightmare. He didn’t provide any diagnosis or related treatment my dog needed with his legs; instead he push me to do dental and when my dog was under anesthesia, he call me and insisted on a dental surgery with over $3000 bill.He kept my dog more than 2 hours under anesthesia (charged per minute) and conducted an ex rey which he said he can’t analyze because of poor quality, but still charged me over $500 for it. Didn’t help with leg problem we came initially at all. Terrible person, shouldn’t work with

"He must have won the lottery"when told that I feed my cat salmon. Then proceeded to try charge me $317.00 so I could knock out the cat get an exam and get ointment for cats eye... Then says we should spend 408 more for blood tests..All this after 89 just to be told you can't afford to save your cats eye..Does this seem a little expensive to just get some antibiotics or eye drops? These people are taking advantage of people... Especially during tough times! Will not recommend to anyone ever!!

They are unwilling to help you unless you buy the vet recommended products from their clinic. The vet and secretary are very snooty and judgy which in the past we've brushed off but this last time I can not over look. We normally take our pets here but we had an emergency with our cat and went to a different vet. We've never had any issues so we don't typically get insurance for our cats which is our choice. unfortunately our cat had heart disease and we had to put him down not because we didn't have the money to help him or the insurance to cover it but because if we treated him and he managed

First of all, this place was more better in terms financially friendly to your bank account, and just better overall compared to other places(vca).
I put my dog down and the staff were very kind, and made sure we understood everything. The vet, Andriy Prykhodko, is so nice that i cant even explain how much i appreciate him. He made sure everything was done properly and everything was explained again and made sure we understood what was happening. As i was leaving, obviously in tears, he gave me a piece of advice that i will always remember. So yes, this is a good place to go to.

They care well for your animal and are well knowledged in health care then tell you a price and hold you over a barrel for the money no care until full payment is made or no help, and no payment options very sad in 2018. Not every one has 4 to 5 thousand dollars just sitting around. shame on you all! i have 50 friends and they have as many and we all have pets non of them will ever come here. shame!

Dr. Brown and now Dr. Andriy have always taken exceptional care of my cats!
FYI - Unfortunately, grief can cause people to lash out, the other reviewer's claims that I am an employee are incorrect. I have zero personal connection anyone at this clinic or in the veterinary services industry. I am speaking from experience only, having been a client of this clinic since 2007.

Everytime I have brought my 3 dogs to this clinic, addtn'l problems were found which of course lead to higher costs that was first presented.
One of my dogs had an undescended testicle and was not even advised of this until I brought him to another vet.
The only person I like is Jennifer. Found the vets to be very condescending and judgemental.
Would not recommend this clinic ever!

Dr Brown has been taking care of my cats and dogs since 1992. He and Jennifer saw me through the death of a beloved cat and were there for me when my beautiful dog Shelby died unexpectedly of cancer. His house calls handle the shots for all my pets at one time and his care is intuitive and exemplary.

I absolutely love the staff here, they are so good to my kitties!
I especially like the way they explain what they are doing and what to expect after the treatment, it makes me feel confident that I can catch any problems that may arise post-visit.
I'd say the prices are average compared to other clinics, but what puts this one above the rest is the time and care they take with my cats.
