Dealing with Paterson since more than a decade. First with the resort, now privately. Always friendly, super responsive, fast service, always on time, professional, with reasonable rates and the one emergency I had, they came out right away (that's what you need in a septic emergency, right?) They'd get more than 5 stars, if they were more :-)
