Very disappointed in Tri County Tree Service. Had them booked since August to come on November 2 to cut some trees down. Emailed yesterday morning to find out what time roughly they would be here and I was told they had a job before me bit it would be in the afternoon. Well NO ONE SHOWED UP. So I emailed and there excuse is they had the name Gary down. What does that have to do with my address? So now they cant fit me in until January plus the lady also said to me then have fun finding another company. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wouldn’t recommend them ever! Who schedules something 3 months in advance then when the day comes never shows up then you have to contact them and they get back to you the next day saying they made a mistake and and now have to wait another 2 months for them to come because of a name error when the address was the same ?! They are unprofessional and has no empathy for the fact that had to schedule time off work to have this done. They could care less for our business. I give every single person the benefit of the doubt and understand mistakes can happen but when they completely dismiss

Garrett and his team were awesome, I had them remove some limbs/deadwood off two large maples in my back yard. The one tree had a limb over mine and my neighbours home. They were great at getting them down safely. After the job was done they didn’t leave until the yard was cleaned and put back together. Great work, I would highly recommend.
