I had 3 window screens and a door screen installed in the summer, and I'm pleased with the service. They offer the best prices around hands down. The quality seems solid. I recognized the logo on one of the screens as a local (North American) manufacturer and installer that I had actually called for a quote, but had decided not to go with due to the higher price which gives me another reason I'm glad I went with Forever Window (after all, why pay more for the same product?). The installers were friendly, polite and worked quickly. They do seem to work a bit later

I needed to add some blackout blinds in my room and searched a few other places to compare prices. They had the best value and a lot of choices to choose from. I also got some screens as summer is coming up. They measured and I waited a week and a half before they came to install, which was flawless. Overall, they were fast, reliable and i love my new custom blinds and screens. The quality and fit is really top notch and not what I even expected for the price point. In the summer, if you plan on getting screens I would recommend calling them sooner rather than later as they can get quite backed

We had window screens and a patio screen done of our house and my daughters.
I called them and they sent their installers in to measure the windows and patio screen.
In a few weeks they were ready, very fast and kept us informed of the progress.
The installers were very nice and professional.
After a week we had a issue with the patio screen, it was coming away from the frame.
Called Pauline and she sent someone out right away.
They repaired the screen very quick.
I would definitely refer them to my friends.

Very happy with the product and service.
We used them last summer to install custom window screens and a large oversized screen door in our condo. Their pricing was unbelievably competitive (by far the best deal in town) and we had no problems with booking an appointment or the service. It's been almost a year now, and everything is still working great. I have no problems recommending them.

I submitted an online request for a quote, and was quickly contacted and setup with an appointment for an estimate. We ordered 4 window screens in tan, all with wickets and pet mesh. The time from when we first contacted Forever Windows for a quote until the time installation was complete was just shy of 2 weeks. The pricing was very reasonable, the sales staff and installers were all very professional and friendly, and response time was excellent. I'm very happy with this company and would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone.

Had to wait a bit for the measuring crew, but it was summer 2017 and they were busy, plus Vancouver traffic. Measuring crew was pleasant and apologized for lateness (NV traffic stopped dead again). the were her and gone in a few minutes. 3 weeks later they were back to install 4 window screens and a door screen at our new condo. Perfect fit, VERY reasonable price, excellent quality and I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for good value and service. Later in the fall, the door screen got the inevitable test a few times (trying to walk through the screen by guests). It hasn't failed

Called them on May 20th to book an appointment to get screens for our home in New West. The lady advised they don't have a schedule out to New West so she will call us next time they are coming out or have a schedule. June 3rd, 14 days later I still had not heard back and called again. The same lady told me it will still be a wait as they still don't have a schedule out to New West and said I should call another company. Terrible! Maybe she could've told me that 2 weeks ago if they don't come out to New West. Incidentally, they are in Richmond, and it's a 20 minute

Got window and patio door screen installed by them. Their quote was quite a bit cheaper than the other companies that I called and the quality of the product seems ok. However, it was a TERRIBLE and extremely painful process to get them to come measure and install the screens. I had to micro manage them by calling them repeatedly, waiting on hold, waiting for a call back for days at times. It took an entire month between the initial measurement appointment and installation appoint when they said it would be only 2 weeks. If I didn't call them back repeatedly two weeks after the measurement
