Sean is an amazing mortgage broker and landlord. We started doing business together almost 20 years ago, with a refinance and new mortgage. Sean is such a caring and kind guy. Never any judgement on why you’re refinancing, just lots of great ideas to give you the best rates and the best service.
I’ve now rented an apartment from Sean for the past year. The best landlord I’ve ever dealt with by far. He’s all over making sure my apartment has no issues. When there are, like there are in any apartment, Sean is all about service. He’s literally come over at 10:30 pm when an issue came up

I can't say enough about Sean and his team - his office was able to provide us with a great mortgage option with a great rate with a much better turnaround than directly with the bank. His team worked doggedly to get us approved and helped us navigate through a challenging time. Sean's deep understanding of mortgages was by far better than what we were getting from the major bank we were also dealing with. Next time, I will just stick with Sean who does all of the work tracking down the best rate - and at no cost to you.👍

Sean has been very helpful in guiding us towards our financial goals, we went to Sean a couple of years ago after being referred to him for help getting back on our feet after experiencing hard times.
