Carcone's Auto Recycling is pleased to offer our customers a variety of warranty packages. Our standard warranty is 60 days on parts only, no labor coverage on defective items. Carcone's guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the part with your receipt for an exchange or full refund.

Damage from negligence, collision, or the use of clip on weights on the front refinished portion of wheel. After 48 hours you can proceed in washing your wheels but should do so with only soap and water. Finish damage caused by salt exposure. With our diverse weather conditions, salt will play havoc on your vehicles aluminum wheels.

I called a week ago and they told me a they have a trunk lid for my car available, and they said they did. After driving 50 km and waiting for 30 min they said they don't have it. A few days later they have same item same colour available for double the price. I feel insulted. I figured this would happen and it did.

Wonderful and professional people (especially Darryl, Paul from the front of the house and young gentelman from the back building that delivers parts to the front). They all pationtely helped us with the languge barrier (we could not name some parts that we were looking for, but showing them the pictures they would help us), exremely friendly and polite people (everyone we came across). We came from Toronto and don't mind the driving at all after having such a pleasant experince, we will be back and definetely recommend them to everyone!!!

I had a large dent in my front door and many said it would require a new door painted and installed at a cost of $1000+. I found a used door at Carcones with almost identical colour for much less. They were easy to deal with and helped to answer all my questions. The door did fit but most of the internal components and wiring was broken likely because of exposure to rain etc. The body shop had to transfer all the components from my old door which complicated the job a bit. Overall it worked out and much cheaper than a new one with the benefit of being green and recycling. But I would be careful

Courteous, Professional and Friendly.
Wheels were brought in to paint. Doug presented huge selection based on my description of what I was looking for.
Selected my colour with advice from Doug. Wheels were stripped and painted in 3 days. I couldn't be happier with the service, the price and the final product. Thanks to the Carcone Team

Plain frustrating. The wheel paint expert wasn't in so I had to leave them. In the end they couldn't match the paint so they said I needed to come back with all four wheels, plus $80 for tires off/on and rebalancing. Very curious as this wheel has been out for some time. An extra trip, far more $$$ than suggested on the phone and not original color. So I opted not to, but they had already taken the tires off. What? Why mess with the wheels until approved!?!?! On top of all that they scratched them more in their handling. Damn!

Carcone's was recommended to me by a coworker when my car died and I was stuck wondering what the heck I was going to do with it!
I dealt with Michael over the phone, and they very conveniently picked up my DOA car in Brampton and towed it back to their yard. They also paid me a fair price for it.
When I went to pick up my plates, Darryl was extremely friendly and helpful in giving me some advice on what to do with my now-obsolete set of winter tires. The transaction took mere minutes, and I was walking out the door with my cheque in no time.

Had a set of Audi TTS Wheels done by them a season ago and was initially impressed with the hyper silver finish they were able to replicate close to the Audi OEM look. The cost was insane at nearly 1200 to refinish the wheels. Upon further inspection, they did not cover the entire wheel in that finish and all of the original finish (flaking/bubbling) was still there on the inner part of the wheels. The Hyper silver finish is extremely weak and the slightest touch ruins it. Im very disappointed with the quality of work considering the cost. Will never use them again.
