The Norco Charger VLT is the electric bike that riders need who don't have room, or the budget for a massive quiver of bikes. It isn't weighed down by the added weight and complexity of rear suspension, and it is equipped with all the accessory mounts that riders will need for commuting, city riding, and weekend trail excursions.
If we're being honest with ourselves, learning to ride, back in the day, bordered on a traumatic event. The crashes, oh the crashes. These days, however, kids have it easy with awesome little bikes like our Girl's Hotwalk. With no pedals or gears, it's designed to help your little princess find her balance by making it as easy as possible to put her feet down.
Its fully integrated, state-of-the-art Shimano STEPS E6100 electric drive system is seamlessly mounted into its aluminum frame, making it easy to ride, simple to operate, and just the bike you need. And the removable 504Wh downtube-mounted battery lets you lock up confidently and take the battery with you for convenient charging and safekeeping.
The most capable e-bike in our arsenal. Equipped with 4-inch tires and an aggressive stance, the MTF20 doesn't shy away from the winter months. This bike can help you power through snowy streets or back country trails with equal ease. Modern cruiser with over twenty years of refinement built in to improve the ride experience.
The Norco Scene is not another hybrid re-run. Rated 'R' for rad, the Scene's modern spin on the upright hybrid bike will have you doing a double-take. Don't let the step-thru design throw you - it's all part of the Scene's laid-back personality, offering casual convenience for all - especially when hauling heavy loads like kids' seats and trail-a-bikes.

New bike picked up late march 2021 for my 10 year old son. In for included service September 2021 and it needs a new chain...normal wear...no warranty.
Picked up the bike and asked about the life expectancy of a chain and was told worst case scenario to be about 1500 miles
My son has only ridden a fraction of that....maybe 50 miles. I was questioned about care and maintenance of the chain and I was dumbfounded...if I need to replace a chain every six months or 50 miles I think I made the wrong choice even without care or maintenance.
Wasnt charged in the end but was not impressed by the lack

Went in to look at a hitch mount bike carrier, and was met by Ben, who was very knowledgeable on the units they had in stock. Did some visual comparisons which verified what I had read online, and made a purchase. The price was the same as on the manufacturer's website and the carrier was fully assembled. Ben did an installation demo on our vehicle, pointed out all the features and how they worked, and had some relevant tips that made sense. Very obvious that the people working here have a passion for riding and use the equipment they sell. Highly recommended.
Update: We are a couple in our mid

Ordered and paid for a bike in Nov 2020. Was told it would be here by April 2021 at the latest. No updates from Cyclepath, no bike. Watched an entire season go by with no bike. It is now Sept 2021 and I got my money refunded. Would not go back to them or recommend. Can't blame it all on global supply issue, other bike shops are getting bikes in. Shouldn't have told me April at the latest. ****Nice response from the owner by the way (below), didn't really address my issue/concern.

They don't sell bikes anymore. You have to give them a deposit and then they try to find a bike for you. I can do that online myself thankyou. What happened to a bike store where you can test drive a 3,000 dollar bike before you buy it?. What a disgrace.

Good Afternoon:
I wanted to take the time to write a quick note about truly exceptional service that my friend and I received at your store today. A young gentleman, Jesse, helped my friend and I to change the tire on my bike this morning. He took the time to show us how to do it ourselves if the need ever arose (just because I asked), and gave us some excellent tips and tricks. He truly showed a passion for biking and wanted to share his expertise and knowledge to make our experience better.
Jesse should get some kudos.
Thanks for the great service every time!

This place rocks! Cole and Jessie were great! Drove 3.5 hours each way to pick up my new Rocky Mountain hard tail! They had it all set up, adjusted my front fork for me, and even gave me a hat on my way out the door! They likely saved my spring / summer (no bikes anywhere and another purchase locally fell through)! They took the time to educate me. Thanks guys! Great store. Friendly. Top quality service!

Beginning with Greg and then continuing with Dan, the boys at Cyclepath were awesome as expected! I have purchased my two bikes from Cyclepath and this time it was for the next generation. My boy had been saving his hard earned allowance for his first “really nice bike”. We visited in December but knew what we were after was out of our price range but Greg offered their lay-away plan. What a great learning opportunity for a 9yr old! We took him up on it and just recently finished paying it off. My boy is thrilled with his new whip and speaks as highly about “the guys at Cyclepath” as I

From the first time I walked into the store I was greeted as if I was a friend and not just another customer. It had been years that I had ridden a bike, the salesmen was understanding and helped me pick out a bike that would cover my needs.
Now me being me, after a time of riding I wanted a upgrade, to which now I have fully upgraded every component of my cycle. Each time I came into the shop I was greeted in the same friendly manner I was the very first time. Every time I wanted a upgrade I felt like I was listened to, and my best interest was put first. I am very happy with my custom Storm

Mountain Biking is an amazing sport filled with freedom, challenge and reward. All that is required is a Mountain Bike. I love Cyclepath because they have tons of options to custom suit you. They have a good crew of guys that know there stuff. I feel they have treated me fairly in the purchasing and maintenance of the bikes I have had over the years. This includes my most recent purchase: a new Stumpjumper FSR Comp Carbon; yes it is one SWEET ride! Dan is the man! If ya need something bike related he will hook you up!
The only reason Cyclepath wasn't given 5 stars is because no business is perfect

Great experience interacting with staff and buying my new Norco Fatty with Bionx pedal assist on January 8th 2016 the feeling over there is always one like a "home" welcoming and relaxed confidence in their pro shop when interacting with staff. As a visitor working in the Hat and a normally a regular costumer at a Calgary bike shop my decision to make this purchase at Cyclepath Medicine Hat was their humbleness to the casual drop in customer just looking around like i did and not throwing fancy bike tech terminology around because they could, the conversation flow with the staff member

Dude, first of all I used to work there and can say that they do not strip down frames and put crappier components on them. Do you know how much labour costs? The amount of labour it would cost to strip down a bike to the frame then build it up with crappier parts would actually add to the cost of the bike! Why would anyone do that? It makes no sense at all! Look at the specs online for any bike in there and I guarantee if you look at the bike on the floor it will be the same unless the factory made an change halfway through production. My suggestion is to not make crazy accusations unless they

Overall I have had a good experience with Cyclepath. I am an avid cyclist so it is nice to have a local shop that I can depend on. The owner Greg is friendly and will go out of his way to do what is right for his customers. I had a broken wheel that was difficult to fix but they got me up an running quickly.
