Bad sports. They were upset we didn't go with them and went out of there way to call a supplier to ensure we didn't buy out of territory for a particular stone. Wasn't really upset about it since we found a nicer stone. However one of their employees recently stopped by a second and went on our property to ensure we didn't buy a certain stone. The only reason we didn't go with schuts is because they had little selection on a certain brick colour. But they are bad sports about us going with someone else. Showed a lack of professionalism. Shocked they came by again. Maybe provide more selection and

Horrible service.. once sale is made they are done with you. we had questions about the Gater base and went back to ask 2 weeks later and our sale guy was so rude and claims he doesn't even remember us. we actually had to speak with someone else to get answer on how to use it. Then we had 1 skid of product UNOPEN which we were told we could return… if it was unopened and could get there so we paid to get it there and of course there is nothing they can do! save your money and go to lowes as they will take your returns and probably be way more helpful after spending well over $12,000

Great place to get your patio stone pavers, if you are looking for something nicer than the standard ugly Lowe’s or Home Depot stuff.
The prices are great but the customer service stands out. I bought a few Monterey tweed stones and 3 of them ended up breaking after 2 days. I brought them back and got new ones without any problems.
Will be back for sure!
