Through my professional network, I have access to 40 lenders, but remember, as a mortgage broker, I work for you, not the lenders.
Nancy Nairn joined the Welch & Co team, The Mortgage Professionals, in April of 2014. We are very excited that Nancy has joined us! She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team with over 20 years in the mortgage and financial industry. Nancy has the same focus on ensuring that the client's needs and expectations are always surpassed, and her previous employment both as an agent and a banker have enabled her to do so with ease.
Guy has now retired, however we are working with all of his esteemed clients with any financing needs that may arise.
