If you have a straight forward, cookie cutter job that represents a large amount of work (read big price tag), then hey perhaps they will help you. However, if your house requires a little thought and/or any extra work, then you can forget it. THEY WILL NOT EVEN CALL YOU BACK.
Can't really comment on the quality of their work because they don't seem to be interested in our money.
If you are looking for a contractor that is interested in servicing you and your needs first and making a profit along the way, these are not the guys for you.
