Was wanting to switch my dentist for a while but was a bit scared. Looked over reviews and found white Willow. I gave them a call and spoke to Sara who was really nice and was able to explain everything over the phone and was able to email me the forms so I could fill them out and send them in before my appointment
I went yesterday for a new patient exam. As someone with dental anxiety I had no clue what to expect. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk. I immediately felt welcome into the office and it made me feel so much better

I had to drive for 20 mins as only they gave me the appointment very same day, i was in so much pain so it was an emergency. Dr. Vaddey and Krysta are super. Got 3 wisdom teeth extracted so comfortably and in just an hour 5 minutes. So polite and humble, highly recommended. I also went to them by looking at google reviews and totally worth it.

Dentists and staff understand patient needs at White Willow Dental. We went there for our Daughter's Invisalign, Root canal treatments and fillings for us. Dr.Vaddey is so compassionate and honest. very impressive work. He educates patients on diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Hygienist are very skilled and does a thorough clean up. You feel fresh. I think this dental office has a great hygienist team! I have always had positive experience with my dental cleanings. However, recently my husband went to have some cleaning/fillings completed. After procedure, dentist stated it was a temporary filling. That is not what he went for, and it was not discussed prior. Also, it went from 3 fillings to 5 in less than a month? Charged for fluoride, when he never asked for it. When I called on March 10th, the receptionist stated a temporary filling was done because of pain? However, he was given a numbing injection, and did not state he was in pain. Two

I had the same dentist for over 30 years in another city so it wasn't easy for me to trust a new dentist and dental clinic. I had high expectations and they were met here! It's an A+ for customer service and welcoming staff, the easiness to book appointments, dealing with insurance claims and payments, these people will do everything necessary!

Judy is a great hygienist and is so thorough and gentle cleaning my teeth. She also does my wife's who now has no fear of having pain getting her teeth cleaned.
