Services
For example: straightforward issues like blood pressure check, cough/cold, prescription renewal. There are times when health concerns arise suddenly and cannot wait for a scheduled appointment. If you feel you must see a doctor on an urgent basis, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

At this visit, your doctor may deal only with the urgent concern, and then have you arrange for a later appointment if follow-up is required, or if there are any other concerns. In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, you can leave us a voice message at 403-845-2815 by following the prompts or wait to speak to a receptionist if you are need to cancel an appointment that same day.
You will be contacted by your doctor or the receptionist if your test results require follow-up. If you wish to check on results from recent tests, please phone and book an appointment with your doctor. Please come to clinic to provide us with your personal email address if you would like us to communicate to you via email in the future.
Your family doctor provides "whole patient" care and takes responsibility for your care in disease prevention and management of illnesses. If you have a chronic disease, it is better to see your family doctor who "knows you" whenever possible. If your family doctor is not available when you need to be seen, then one of the other physicians will look after your medical needs until your family doctor is available again.
Health Link provides a number of clinical services including tele-triage and health advice, navigation services and online content support for all Albertans by calling 811 or by using one of its companion web products, MyHealth. Alberta.ca or informAlberta.ca. Referrals to clinical services including Specialized Medication Advice and Dietitian Services.
Your opinion matters to us. Please help us to improve our service to our patients and community by providing feedback about your experience with the Rocky Medical Clinic. We are happy to receive any commendations, recommendations, or any complaints/concerns that you may have. Please complete the form with as much detail as possible.

Dr's here are mainly great! Booking staff could care less about doing their jobs properly! I've bever been turned away before but even just trying to book a schedule so I sont miss work is impossible.. a good old "sorry I can't book you in" and or its not going to work" is not a professional excuse when someone's seeking medical attention! This is day two trying to book I was hung up on the first time.
Id really like to see someone who takes pride in their work be a good front line staff to represent what could be a fantastic clinic!

I had surgery at the hospital and every staff member was fantastic. The nurses were really busy and I don't understand how they function so well being so under staffed. The building is older but looked extremely clean. It was my first surgery ever and I was very nervous. The staff made me feel comfortable and reassured me. Thankful for the work they all do.

We have had the same family DR for 17 years and unfortunately we are unable to see him unless we are prepared to wait 4 weeks, on some occasions it’s been 6. I understand the receptionists get the brunt of people’s anger and they deal with a lot, but the disrespect I have received from them over the phone on several occasions is completely uncalled for. They are very rude and unprofessional.

3 plus weeks minimum wait to see a doctor? No available appointments with our family doctor until February and they don’t book that far in advance. They tell you to call in every morning at 8:30 to see if there’s any cancellations. Not only that but the front end staff are very rude

Be aware, when they tell you 45 min wait, they really mean 2 hrs. But don't dare leave the premises. Thats the rule.

Front staff are great. Major problem with scheduling. Even if you book an appointment, it's 40-50 mins later.

I have been there MULTIPLE times.(and have gone for 7 years) The front end staff have always been pleasant. And very rarely have I waited long. They have always been very accommodating. Two thumbs up!
