Superior Auto Collision first opened its doors in 1971. It started out as a basic auto repair shop owned and operated by Howard Mercer and has flourished into a family owned and operated business. The original garage still stands as part of the current, newly renovated body shop.

I used the staff from this location 2 times now to install Boss snow plow hardware and mount, I am extremely pleased with Cooper , he answered all my questions I had regarding my new truck! He even suggested to bring it in the night before as I am from West Nipissing, they are kind and courteous and most of all , did a fantastic install. I would recommend all services from these people . Again thank you. Would give them 10 stars!

Terrible. Had paint work done, they left dried paint drips on the side of my car. Had it brought back and some paint work done on the roof, and they warped my rubber strips when ripping them out. Had to come back again for them to replace them.
You would think as professionals they would actually look at the work they "completed" before handing the vehicle back to the customer.
Would not recommend.

Worst customer service of my life. I had some work done on my vehicle and asked to see what had been done. I was refused access to my vehicle on the lift for "insurance reasons." While speaking with the owner I commented that most places are proud to show their work to their customers and the owner began yelling and screaming like a lunatic. He began making offensive comments and mocking my occupation. Do not support this business.

I was about to get some work done on my car and we were sitting in the managers office discussing prices when we made a comment on how expensive everything was. He then said "It's cars,get over it!" My boyfriend then said we could take our business elsewhere as we found him to be rude. Then he exploded with anger chasing us out of the building yelling, swearing and claiming we called him a liar when we said no such thing. I dont feel that suggesting going elsewhere warranted this service and I would never suggest others to use this business.
