Violates tenants rights - scheduled themselves to come at 8 am in the morning and when you complain they say they have a 'tight' schedule. No one else has any rights with these guys.
Manitoba Rental Board says reasonable entry time is between 9 am and 8 pm.

I have had these people coming and inspecting my apartment for 5 years now and they just won't stick to the scheduled time frame. Never once have they came when they were supposed to and they are just so terribly pushy like their time is the only ones time who matters. I really wouldn't personally hire them for anything with that attitude
