Called them for a tow. Was hung up on. Called back, they guaranteed that they'd be here in 20 to 30 minutes and call in 10 to confirm. Never heard from them. Called back, got bounced around, waited on hold for 5 minutes, someone picked up, he didn't know who I was and hung up on me. Called back, waited 5 minutes on hold, and finally cancelled them--plus, they were $50 more than the next tow company. Unreliable, unprofessional, overpriced, and just plain poor business and people skills.

The absolute worst service I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. They told me a truck would come in 1 hour and it ended up arriving in 2.5 hours. They also told me the driver would call me several times to update me and that never happened either. When I called the company for an update they put me on hold for many minute and sometimes didn't even answer. They lied many times about where the driver was. Is that how you treat a customer? Not only that, they also said it would cost approx $165 to tow my car and it ended up being over $100 more. They lie!!!!! Do NOT use them ever!!

Do NOT use this service. It is a SCAM. Yesterday my brother and I was involved in an car accident and had called this company "Road Runner Towing" because it was the first tow truck company that came up on search. We called them to tow our car as it was badly damaged and inoperable. They asked for our credit card information in advance as it was their company "policy" to do so.
